  • Dinner and dancing will begin around 6:30pm

Please note that all the festivities will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

Getting There & Parking

Valet parking will be available if you choose to drive. If you don’t have a car, or you think you might have a cocktail or two, please arrange to take UBER (they are everywhere all the time) or a taxi. Here’s some info that might be helpful: • UBER promo code for $15 off your first ride: jodyb88 • Camelback Cab: (480) 939-3366, Scottsdale Taxi: (480) 994-4567, Scottsdale Cab: (480) 577-1111 Where it’s all going down: Bivens Family Home 6311 E. Naumann Drive Paradise Valley, AZ 85253 The Bivens home is in a gated community called Finisterre. You MUST enter through the north gate on 61st Place off of Lincoln Drive—in spite of what your GPS may tell you. Your GPS may guide you to enter from the south, off McDonald Drive. However, the McDonald gate is unmanned and locked to visitors.

Who Can Help Me If I Need Help?

If you have questions on the big day, please refrain from calling the bride or groom. If you do need help, you can call Lisa Bivens at (602) 315-8449 or Bob Rowe at (406) 270-2936.

Attire

Wondering what to wear? Jody will be in a long fancy dress, and Roger will be donning a sharp suit. So, we’re suggesting you wear cocktail attire that will make you look snazzy—but that you’re also comfortable in. You know us; we’re not uptight. We only ask that you keep it classy for the ceremony. Again, both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. While February in Arizona is usually awesome, please check the weather and bring a sweater/jacket/parka as needed. Oh, and there will be grass! Choose your shoes accordingly. Ladies, we know you might love a slinky stiletto, but our wedding will not be the place to bust out the Jimmy Choos. If you haven’t had the unpleasant experience of your heels sinking into grassy areas—trust, you don’t want to. We would recommend flats or wedges for the evening, and, of course, something that is comfortable to dance in!
